Season calendar
Every hunt from the day the group arrives to the day it leaves, coloured by camp, so a clash or an open week shows while you are quoting. It reads the dates typed on each confirmation and quote; nothing is kept here. Click a hunt to open it.
New lead
Somebody you just met, at a show or on the phone. Saving puts them on the follow-up sheet in your name, with today as the last contact.
This sign-in is a show account: this page is all of the app it can open, and it sees only the clients it added.

Sent emails
Every email the app has sent to a client, newest first. Each one also went to info@ and Francois as a CC. This list is kept by the app itself and cannot be changed here.

AI writing style — proposals
The AI follows this guide every time it writes a proposal. Change it here, save, and the very next proposal uses the new style — nothing else needed.
AI notes — confirmations
Extra guidance the AI reads when it learns a new confirmation template — for example how the greeting should be written, or which lines must never change. Change it here, save, and the next template mapping uses it.

Clients to Follow Up
Your follow-up sheet. Type straight into the cells — everything saves by itself. The column names are yours too: click one to rename it, or drag its ⠿ handle to move the column where you want it. Pick each client's status from the list, and bring any status to the top with the buttons above the sheet. A date column counts down to a follow-up or counts the days since the last contact: click a date to set it, and the ⋯ on its header to set the column up. When a client is ready, press “Create…” on their row, and their details are carried into a new proposal, quote or confirmation. The coloured name shows who added a client; “History” shows everything done on them.

Finished proposals
Everything the app has generated, one per client. Click a row for details and history.
New proposal
Fill this in, pick one template, and the app creates a personalized copy for you to download and finish in PowerPoint.
Templates
Your preset decks, made by you in PowerPoint. Upload new ones here; the app never creates or changes templates.

Quotes
Every quote the app has generated. Click a row to view, print or download it.
New quote
Fill in the safari details, pick a price list, then tick what the quote should include. Every ticked line can be re-priced, renamed or discounted just for this quote — the price list itself never changes. The total updates as you go.
Confirmations
Booking confirmations — the document a client signs once they commit. Click a row to view, print or download it.
New confirmation
Fill in the trip details, pick the camp's price list, then tick what the booking includes. Day fees fill in automatically from your group numbers — adjust anything you like.
Price lists
Upload your price lists here — the PowerPoint ones straight from your dad, or Excel or PDF. The app reads them, you check the numbers once, and every quote after that is just clicks.
Add a price list
Check the parsed prices
Fix anything the reader got wrong — you can change the section, name and price of every line, or delete lines that aren't prices.
